Be Informed.

WHAT AREA DO YOU SERVICE?

We are based in the heart of  Eagle, Idaho, and are happy to bake for those in Eagle and surrounding cities.

WHAT INGREDIENTS DO YOU USE?

I use the same ingredients I use when baking for my family--flour, sugar, real butter, etc.  Artificial ingredients are limited to the fine touches, such as food coloring, fondant decor, sprinkles, etc.  If you have any concerns related to allergies or otherwise, please let me know.

HOW LONG WITH SHORTBREAD KEEP?

Not very long in our house!  Kidding.  Shortbread can typically keep for approximately one week in an airtight container at room temperature.  Additionally, it freezes very well when kept in an airtight container.  

DO YOU OFFER GLUTEN-FREE TREATS?

Yes--my shortbread and chocolate cake recipes are fantastically delicious using gluten-free flour.  

DO YOU DELIVER THE GOODS?

I am happy to deliver when possible, otherwise, we can meet up at an agreed upon time and location that works for both of us.  Cookie delivery is usually free for those living close by and when possible, I am trying to do deliveries on set days (e.g. Hidden Springs, Cartwright Ranch and Dry Creek on Tuesdays).  Happy to discuss delivery details when you are ready to place an order.

We strive to provide delicious, homemade products that will be sure to delight those sitting around your table. Our prices reflect the cost of high quality ingredients and the time and attention it takes to bake treats from scratch. We pride ourselves on returning customers who appreciate the art of caking it. 

I HAVE A VISION--CAN YOU MAKE IT A REALITY?

With enough lead time and shared belief in the "cake it 'til you make it" mindset, you bet!  You share your vision with me, I will brainstorm and share a game plan with you.  Cost would vary depending upon the design.
